3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or order values
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)**
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan:
- Please ensure your contact details are accurate
- Our team may contact you to confirm your order
- Orders may be canceled if not confirmed
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
- You can track your order through the courier’s website
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:

- عدم جواب (no response)
The order may be canceled or returned to us. Re-delivery may require additional charges.
