Return & Refund Policy for Elegance Hub (Including Cash on Delivery Orders)
At Elegance Hub, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are handled.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments or intimate wear
- Customized or made-to-order products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item to the provided return address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds (Prepaid Orders)
For orders paid online:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Refunds (Cash on Delivery - COD Orders)
For COD orders:
- Refunds are not issued in cash

Customers must provide accurate payment details to receive the refund.
6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective

7. Order Refusal & COD Policy
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Customers are expected to accept orders once placed
- Repeated order refusals may result in restriction or blocking of future COD orders
- Elegance Hub reserves the right to cancel suspicious or unverified COD orders
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
- Recheck your bank or wallet account
