Return & Refund Policy for Elegance Hub (Including Cash on Delivery Orders)

At Elegance Hub, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are handled.


1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments or intimate wear
  • Customized or made-to-order products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Refunds (Prepaid Orders)

For orders paid online:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Refunds (Cash on Delivery - COD Orders)

For COD orders:

  • Refunds are not issued in cash
  • Approved refunds will be processed via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash)

Customers must provide accurate payment details to receive the refund.


6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

7. Order Refusal & COD Policy

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers are expected to accept orders once placed
  • Repeated order refusals may result in restriction or blocking of future COD orders
  • Elegance Hub reserves the right to cancel suspicious or unverified COD orders

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images as proof
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  • Recheck your bank or wallet account
  • Contact your payment provider
